Creamy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
Comstock pie filling
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease or butter 9 to 10-inch spring-form pan.
Line the pan with graham cracker crumbs, very lightly, just enough to coat pan.
Mix first four ingredients until well blended.
Then add next three ingredients.
Mix well and pour into pan.
Bake one hour at 375\u00b0 or until knife in center of cake comes out clean.
Turn oven off and let it stay in oven for 1 hour. (Leave door of oven open.)
Cool and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours. Add pie filling to top of cake at anytime.
Comstock cherry, blueberry or pineapple can be used as topping.
