Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks
    2 c. buttermilk
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 beaten egg whites
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
    grated nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt; blend beaten egg yolks.
    Add buttermilk and melted butter.
    Gradually blend buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients, fold in egg whites.
    Pour into pie shells and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
