Joe'S Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/4 c. Chablis
    1 pkg. frozen spinach (chopped)
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Saute onion slightly with oil and butter. Add ground beef. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic salt over meat while browning, then add garlic and saute lightly. Add wine.
    Add spinach, stirring frequently, until thawed out and cooked.
    Blend cheese in well, then add mushrooms.
    Mix in eggs a few minutes before serving.
