Stained Glass Gelatin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz. each) pkg. jello (black cherry, cherry, lime, lemon, orange, orange-pineapple and strawberry)
1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation

To make first layer, dissolve black cherry gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water; add 3/4 cup cold water.
Pour thin layer into a 9 x 13-inch pan and chill until firm.
When it is firm, make the next layer by dissolving cherry gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water.
Add 1/4 cup cold water and 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
Allow layer to firm.
Mix the third layer like the first with water, then the fourth with water and evaporated milk.
Alternate each layer and allow each layer to firmly chill before adding next layer.
Use a spoon to slow down pouring so each layer will be smooth.
And while one layer is sitting in the refrigerator, mix the next and let it cool so it will be ready to pour.
