Beef Stew Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef
6 small potatoes
6 small onions
6 small carrots
3 c. water
16 oz. tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cook together in casserole with cover for 2 3/4 hours.
Add 1 cup frozen peas and cook 15 minutes more. Mix 3 tablespoons of flour in water (about 3/4 cup).
Add slowly to thicken stew.
