Fill-Er-Up Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes (in round slices).
Dice onions.
In large bowl, mix soup, milk, onions and potatoes.
Make sure the potatoes are coated well.
Place into casserole dish.
Cook in oven or microwave oven until potatoes are tender.
Then put Cheddar cheese on top and continue cooking until cheese melts.
