Ingredients

5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. soft butter
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. milk
3 egg whites
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add lemon juice, beaten egg yolks and milk. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in custard cups set in a pan of warm water. Bake at 360\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
