Rancho Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. tomato ketchup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
    1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
Preparation
    Heat oil in a skillet.
    Add onion; simmer until golden yellow. Add ground beef.
    Stir with fork while onion browns lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a bean pot or 2-quart casserole. Bake in hot 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
