Easy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 center-cut pork chops
    2 Tbsp. margarine or shortening
    3 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in a large skillet with margarine.
    Pork chops should be cooked all the way through prior to the next step. Add 2 1/2 cups water to skillet and simmer pork chops for 15 to 20 minutes on medium-high heat.
    Add flour to 1 cup warm water; mix well.
    Salt and pepper simmering pork chops.
    Add flour to the skillet, stirring constantly.
    Add more water if gravy is too thick.
