Walnut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts
20 Ritz crackers
butter (approximately 1 Tbsp.)
Preparation

Beat egg whites, adding sugar slowly.
Crumble walnuts and crackers into egg white mixture.
Cut butter into small squares and spread over bottom of pie pan (leave butter chunky, do not melt).
Pour mixture into pie pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
