Country Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    1/4 c. Crisco
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Slice 1/8-inch thick.
    Fry in hot Crisco over low heat in 10-inch pan.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste. When underside of potatoes have browned, turn and fry slowly on other side.
    Leave skillet uncovered.
