Piccadilly Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
1 onion, chopped
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 or 2 (2 1/4 oz.) cans black olives
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onion together.
Mix all ingredients and heat in microwave until cheese is completely melted or prepare in crock-pot on high for 1 1/2 hours before serving.
Stir occasionally.
Keep hot in crock-pot or chafing dish.
Serve with corn chips.
