1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
2 tsp. butter or margarine
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 tsp. minced fresh basil or 1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
