Down On Your Luck Hare - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rabbits, cut up
    5 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 can mushrooms
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. hot water
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 can green peas, drained
Preparation
    Brown rabbits with bacon fat.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and add all the ingredients.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
    Great over biscuits!
