Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 packs stew beef
1 can beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of celery soup or 2 Tbsp. celery seed (optional)
1 or 2 packs frozen onions and peppers or 2 fresh onions and 1 pepper
1 pack noodles
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a large pot except for the noodles. Cover pot and simmer on medium heat for about 2 1/2 hours.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Add water as needed to keep the ingredients moist.
After 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender, add the noodles.
Simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Since the noodles will absorb water, add water as needed to prevent drying out.
