Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pork or beef roast (bottom round)
    1 stick butter
    1 bunch celery
    6 medium onions
    4 medium green peppers
    1 bottle Open Pit barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute diced onion, celery and pepper in butter.
    Add meat and remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover.
    Lower heat; simmer for 1 hour.
    Best made day before.
