Strawberry Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch baked pie shell
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pt. fresh strawberries
1 (16 oz.) pkg. prepared strawberry glaze, chilled
Preparation

In large mixing bowl,
beat
cream cheese until fluffy. Slowly beat in condensed
milk
until
smooth.
Stir
in lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill three hours or until set. Top with strawberries and desired amount of glaze. Refrigerate.
