Broiled Bananas With Rum - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. rum
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 medium bananas, diagonally sliced
Preparation

In glass pie plate combine rum, sugar, butter and lemon juice. Add bananas and toss well.
Broil 3 inches from heat, stirring once, about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
