Chicken Adobo With Coconut Milk - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken, cut up and boned
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 small bay leaf
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger, grated
1 hot banana pepper
3 tsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. coconut milk
Preparation
-
Place chicken, vinegar, water, salt, pepper, bay leaf, garlic, ginger and hot pepper in a saucepan.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Drain, reserving sauce.
