Mexican Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick soft butter or margarine
2 beaten eggs
1 c. white sugar (I use 1/2 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat all together.
Put in baking dish.
