Old Fashion Grape Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. Crisco shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cold water
Preparation

Combine flour and salt in bowl.
Cut shortening into flour with pastry blender or two knives.
Do not overmix.
Add water gradually, sprinkling 1 tablespoon at a time.
Should not feel wet.
Use only enough water to hold the pastry together when pressed.
Roll dough into a round ball.
Divide into two portions and roll out on a lightly floured board.
Fit one shell into pie dish.
Remaining dough is for top crust.
