Shipwreck Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large or 2 medium potatoes, sliced
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
2 c. kidney beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1 can tomato soup
parsley, salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown meat. Place layers of potatoes, onions, celery and beans in a large buttered casserole. Add meat and seasonings. Pour tomato soup over all. Cover and bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Carrots are also good in this.
