Creamy Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can chili, no beans
1 can pinto beans, drained
1/2 lb. Velveeta, diced
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation

Brown meat and onions.\tDrain.\tAdd salt and pepper.
Stir in Rotel, chili and beans.
Heat.
Dice cheese in mixture and melt. Stir in sour cream.
Serve hot with white chips.
Serves 6-8.
