Beef With Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. top round steak, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 large onions, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1/2 to 1 c. Sauterne or white wine
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown meat in 4 teaspoons butter and remove to casserole. Brown onion in 2 teaspoons butter.
    Add to casserole with curry powder, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and wine.
    Bake covered in slow oven at 300\u00b0
    about 3 hours or until meat is tender.
