Easy Beef In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak or stew beef, cut in cubes
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid or fresh (if use fresh, add more wine)
    1 pkg. Lipton dried onion soup mix
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Burgundy or similar red wine
Preparation
    Place
    all
    ingredients
    in
    a\t2
    1/2 quart casserole. Cover tightly
    (use lid or foil) and cook at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours. Don't peek.
    Let the steam do the cooking!
    Serve over rice or noodles!
