Cockeyed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Make three holes in dry ingredients.
    Put oil in one, vinegar in one and vanilla in the other.
    Pour 1 cup water and stir until flour is wet and all is combined.
    Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Frost if desired. Makes a very moist devil's food cake.
