Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can condensed chicken soup
    1 c. buttermilk
    chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Melt butter; add onions and cook until tender.
    Add meat, cook until done.
    Stir in flour; add mushrooms and salt.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add soup, cook for 10 minutes on low.
    Add buttermilk and cook until hot.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
