Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. broccoli, cut into 2-inch pieces and steamed for 6 minutes
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    1/3 c. green onion, chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/8 c. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    diced canned green chilies to taste
Preparation
    Place cooked broccoli in greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch dish.
    In a large bowl, combine eggs and cottage cheese; mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and butter.
    Mix well and pour over broccoli.
    Melt butter; add bread crumbs.
    Stir to coat. Pour over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
