Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild Italian sausage, cooked
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    16 oz. cottage cheese (2/3 carton)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 pie crusts
    6 eggs
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, strained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix and pour into pie crusts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for one hour and fifteen minutes.
    Serves 12 to 16.
