Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 1 can water
    1 can cream of chicken soup plus 1 can water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 whole chicken (1 cut up chicken or chicken parts to cover rice)
Preparation
    Put rice in bottom of baking pan.
    Add chicken, then pour premixed soups and water over chicken and rice.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Leave uncovered 1 1/2 hours.
    Cover with aluminum foil for last hour.
