Cheese And Spinach Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Blue cheese dressing
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in small saucepan; boil and cook 10 minutes.
    Drain and squeeze excess liquid.
    Combine spinach mixture and remaining ingredients.
    Stir, then cover and chill for 2 hours. Shape mixture into balls.
    Place 1 1/2-inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets.
    Chill for 30 minutes before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 4 dozen.
