Yummy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 large eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. honey
1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
2 c. whole-wheat pastry flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. carrots, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Whisk eggs in large mixing bowl. Add oil, honey and yogurt; mix well. Add flour and stir thoroughly. Add baking soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
Add grated carrot; mix well.
Scrape batter into a bread, cake or Bundt pan. Bake about 45 minutes.
