Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. cut rhubarb
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and fill pie.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Then turn down oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 40 minutes or until brown.
(This is a 2 crust pie.)
