Beef Bourguignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck, lean, inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    10 small onions, sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    generous pinch of salt
    pepper
    marjoram
    thyme
    1/2 c. beef bouillon
    1 c. red wine
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown onions in drippings.
    Take out and add meat.
    After browning, add flour, salt, pepper, marjoram and thyme.
