Hamburger-Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions (optional)
Preparation
    Cook beef and onions
    in
    a
    heavy skillet; drain.
    Add potatoes, soup, sour cream and cheese and mix well.
    Spread in a 13 x 9-inch prepared
    baking dish.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Top with canned onions and bake 15 minutes more.
