Mock Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions (use tops)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, cooked and drained
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown beef.
Drain.
Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and sauce.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Combine onions, cream cheese and sour cream.
Place half of noodles in 2-quart baking dish.
Spread with half of cream cheese mixture and then half of meat mixture.
Repeat layers.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove and top with Cheddar cheese.
Return to oven just to melt cheese.
Serves 6 to 8.
