Macaroon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, sugar, flour, oil and almond extract. Spread mixture in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix 1/2 to 3/4 cup coconut with 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Sprinkle over mixture and press down lightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes until golden brown.
    Cut while warm.
