Saucy Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Trim fat from chops and melt in skillet, enough to get 2 tablespoons fat.
    Remove trimmings.
    Broil chops in fat (hot). Season with salt and pepper.
    Drain excess fat.
