Hot Chicken Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices Pepperidge Farm bread
    2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
    3 chopped, hard-boiled eggs
    1/4 c. olives, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread and butter.
    Mix together chicken, eggs, olives, mushrooms, onion and mayonnaise (add a little more mayonnaise if needed).
    Make sandwiches.
    Lay in a greased pan, not quite together.
    Mix together chicken soup and sour cream (add a little more sour cream if needed).
    Pour sauce over sandwiches. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
