Health Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French-style green beans
1 can LeSueur peas
1 can white Shoepeg corn
1 c. celery
1 onion, chopped
1 small jar pimento
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Drain all cans of vegetables well.
Mix the first 6 ingredients in bowl.
Bring oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to a boil; pour over ingredients.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Best served the next day.
