Cranberry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 10 pieces chicken, skin removed
1 c. whole cranberries
1 packet onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) bottle French dressing
1 1/2 c. white rice, cooked according to pkg. directions
Preparation

Line large Pyrex baking dish with foil.
Place chicken in bottom of dish.
Into a small bowl, combine balance of ingredients except rice and stir.
Pour ingredients over chicken.
Cover top of baking dish with foil.
Put in 350\u00b0 oven and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve with white rice.
Serves 4.
