Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 (8 oz.) carton mushrooms
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of red pepper
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 pt. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until soft; add mushrooms. Cook about 5 minutes.
    Add shrimp, salt and red pepper; cook until shrimp are tender. Add flour and let thicken. When ready to serve, add sour cream and heat.
    Do not boil.
    Serve over rice.
