Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can green chilies
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 jars salsa
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    dash of parsley flakes
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown hamburger and drain.
    Add onion, green chilies, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, 1 jar salsa, chili powder, oregano, cumin and parsley flakes.
    Stir and let simmer 10 minutes.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Dip tortillas in remaining jar of salsa and fill with 2 or 3 Tbsp. meat mixture. Roll up and place in pan.
    Take remaining mixture and place around the sides of pan.
    Pour salsa on top and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
