Easy Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sweet milk
    8 heaping Tbsp. cornmeal
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in a little warm water
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milks, salt and butter; add soda last.
    Pour into buttered baking dish (2 to 2 1/2-quart).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until lightly browned.
    Serve at once.
    Will fall like a souffle.
    Will serve 8.
