Marinated Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh carrots
1 green pepper
1 medium onion
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Clean, slice and cook carrots until tender.
Drain.
Slice the onion and green pepper thin.
Mix soup, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over vegetables.
Mix well and chill overnight.
Mix well and drain before serving with slotted spoon.
