Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Scramble and fry sausage in large skillet.
    Beat eggs in a large bowl.
    Add milk, grated cheese and pepper.
    Then add sausage to egg mixture.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
