Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen broccoli and cauliflower
1 large onion
3 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 c. instant potatoes
1 small jar Coffee Mate
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fill large kettle 2/3 full of water. Add vegetables, 1 Tbsp. salt and onion. Boil for 30 minutes. Add velveeta cheese cubes, instant potatoes and Coffee Mate. Stir continuously until melted and creamy. Salt and pepper to taste.
