Kentucky Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 strips bacon, cut up in small pieces
4 to 6 ears corn, sweet or white, scraped from cob
1/2 c. chopped sweet pepper
1/4 c. pimentos, strips
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large egg
salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Preparation

Lightly fry bacon, mix other ingredients thoroughly.
Pour into bacon grease.
Fry slowly so as not to brown too quickly, about 25 minutes, or until done.
(Peppers and pimentos can be omitted.)
