Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked, diced boneless chicken breasts
2 c. diced celery
1 c. minced carrots
2 c. toasted bread cubes
2 Tbsp. diced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
shredded Cheddar cheese (enough to top off casserole)
Preparation

Mix milk and mayonnaise.
Whip until smooth.
Set aside. Combine chicken and other ingredients in mixing bowl.
Pour milk and mayonnaise mixture over all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking casserole.
Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
