Layered Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    taco chips
    tomatoes, chopped
    onions, chopped
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    Cheddar or Colby cheese, grated
    lettuce, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare ground beef as for tacos.
    Add seasoning mix as directions say.
    Place lettuce on plate, then layer of chips, layer of meat mixture, onions and top with cheese.
    Arrange tomatoes on top.
    Serve immediately.
